Raasay is the perfect base for a field trip to some of the most fascinating and rich geographical and geological landscapes in Britain. We have been welcoming students to this unspoilt Scottish island for over 24 years. We offer a memorable and rewarding addition to your classroom-based studies.
We can work with you to tailor a course to meet your particular requirements. You can take advantage of all our activities and facilities or use us as a base for your own projects. Either way, our approach is flexible, our prices competitive.
We can accommodate groups in a variety of comfortable rooms. Any accompanying staff are given private or shared rooms. On the ground floor, there are comfortable reception rooms with stunning sea views and a café/restaurant.
And for time away from your studies there’s a range of activities for all tastes and ages, from kayaking to abseiling, archery to deer watching. Or if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary - a ceilidh with a local band, a beach barbeque and bonfire - we can arrange that too. There’s fun and entertainment on offer at Raasay as well as the peace and space to pursue your studies.
