Kevin McDonald       
Amiable Irishman with a passion for coasteering. A great instructor who likes just getting on with things and never takes himself too seriously.

Jack Copland        
Born in Liverpool, grew up in Singapore. First discovered Raasay as a client and liked it so much he qualified as an instructor. Now in his third season, his favourite activities are rock climbing and mountaineering.
Favourite band: Rage Against the Machine

Steve O’Malley       
Describes himself as dashing and debonair and of medium mature years. Loves instructing clients on all activities at Raasay House and enjoys island life to the full.
Ambition: to go a whole season without upsetting the rest of the team

Alasdair Macinnes       
Born in Edinburgh but has holidayed in Raasay all his life so becoming an instructor was a natural transition. Describes his job as the best in the world.
