A Belated Happy New Year to You!

Apologies for not keeping you up to date with the house redevelopment.

The fire investigation is taking place today, with fire, police and CID looking at possible causes. The house has been being stabilised over the past couple of months to allow entry into the structure.

The facade of the house was barely touched by the fire and as such you will see no change to the silouette when the rebuild is completed.

Internally there are a few changes in that the stairs are all gone and as such new escape route stairs are planned.

Also double glazing and insulation...luxury!

The planned completion date is late 2011 with Raasay outdoor Centre operating once more from the house in Spring 2012
