We are a family business providing a unique island experience for staff & visitors to this Peaceful Highland Island. We offer Amazing Activities, Stunning Scenery, and Fantastic Food. Our visitors range from groups of adults or children to families and individuals.
We are looking for dynamic, creative, enthusiastic and self motivated individuals to join our small and happy team. Enthusiasm and drive are essential qualities, as are assertiveness and a passionate personality… a sense of humour is a bonus too!
Hours are over 5 or 6 six day, statutory holidays,
Room in shared cottage or wood cabin (pod) opportunity to join Sailing, Climbing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Archery & Coasteering.
Start dates between 15 March 2016 and the 15 May through to the 31st October possibility of permanent position.

Cook/Chef ‘s & Two Kitchen Assistants/Kps – To help chef run the kitchen & cover chefs Day off. To cook breakfasts prepare lunches & evening meals bake and maintain a high quality of hygiene.
Bar, Cafe, Waiting & front of house positions – We have a small bar, café, and visitor information area. We cater for a diverse range of customers and are open from 9am till 12 midnight. We are looking for people who are organised and reliable with strong. Hospitality skills, with confident customer service abilities. Experience bar work and waiting , and the ability to self-manage is essential a good memory and the ability to work talk & multi task and a can do attitude. The positions are in the bar restaurant & waiting basic office skills would be useful.
Two Office & Reception people – Duties include booking in clients answering enquiries and helping with all other office related tasks including financial recording, customer care, being point of contact with all other departments in business.
Successful applicants must have high office skills, a pleasant telephone manner and must speak fluent English. Experience in office environments, competent in MS office applications and the ability to self-programme is essential.
Sales & Office – Duties include Selling all areas of business especially the activities. This is an exciting and challenging position and would suit someone with a great enthusiasm and willing to get the job done.
