Location: Isle of Raasay, by Skye, Scotland- UK.

Raasay is a natural playground with plenty of beautiful places to go climbing, kayaking, biking, camping or just exploring on foot. The short ferry between Raasay and Skye provides easy access to all of the wild and beautiful places that Skye has to offer. It is true that you will be very busy, but when you get a chance there is a great deal in this area to explore.

Overall Role

We are seeking self-motivated instructors and instructional assistants to join our core team. Our season runs from Positions available with start dates from 18th April till the 2nd of May and finish dates from the end of July with a possibility for work all summer.

We are seeking outdoor staff who have qualifications and/or experience of instructing one or more of the following activities as well as a valid first aid certificate;


Staff should be confident, flexible and have a hard working attitude.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of outdoor equipment and facilities.

Training will be provided throughout the season as well as time given for personal development.

For those hoping to gain qualifications in the future, this is a great opportunity to join the team as an instructional assistant and gain valuable experience.
